Client: is the user who accesses the website or our physical offices by means of a letter, e-mail messages, telephone or in person for the purchase of air, sea, land services or hotel reservations, vehicles and services.


Provider: airlines, maritime companies, car rental, hotel and transport companies that Panama Crown Tours uses to provide services to its customers. Panama Crown Tours acts as an intermediary of these and requires the correct documentation of the different services under the law. Not having this documentation and licenses does not allow the operation with our company and if it is done without our knowledge, RPT Rio Paradise Tours will apply all the legal measures in its power.


Panama Crown Tours Corp. is committed to offering the best service through its website, broadcasts at fairs, direct offers; however, we are not responsible for any typographical errors or viruses that may affect the customer's equipment, either by extraction, download or copy of information, image or sound. Likewise, no provider will be responsible for this same effect.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

  • Documentation: You must verify that your passport has been valid for more than six months before the departure date. If you are traveling with a minor you must check the country's exit permit. In addition, you must make sure that you comply with visas or vaccinations of each destination personally.
  • Prices: After confirming the reservation of air tickets, if you wish to make the emission of the same, it will be done in a maximum period of 24 hours to guarantee the space and the rate. Not making the respective payment in the stipulated time, will involve a new quote, which implies possible changes in price and itinerary.
  • The air fares are non-refundable. The quoted rate is guaranteed once the ticket is issued. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Once the ticket is issued, it does not allow name or route changes.
  • Cancellation charges or Air ticket expenses: Management fees for changes and cancellations apply after the ticket is issued. These vary according to the specific conditions of the fare and the airline.
  • Policies: In case of air tickets, we remind you that, according to the airline's reservation policies, they do not allow booking and canceling the same flight more than three times. This is considered an improper practice, in case of incurring it; an expense of between $ 30.00 to $ 75.00 will be applied, depending on the case and the fine of the Airline Company, which will be transferred to the client.
  • Cancellations and Changes of Reservation: They must be requested to our offices in writing. Once the application has been evaluated, in case of cancellation, compensation will be requested (if applicable) covering the contract costs, cancellation and management expenses.
  • Change of reservation: the agent will attend the client's inquiry and will charge the additional costs for this procedure.

 
NOTIFICATIONS

  • Once the client has made his reservation, he will be notified to the email address indicated in the process, the confirmation of his reservation.
  • It will be the client's responsibility to offer the correct and true information, and also to have the required documentation for the trip; visas, airport taxes, minors' permit and other information necessary to complete your trip. Any absence of documentation, exempts Panama Crown Tours from any responsibility.
  • In the same way, in the case of having booked a plane ticket, it will also be the responsibility of the client to confirm it, back and forth.

 
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

  • Reservations of air tickets, hotels and car rentals will be the responsibility of the providers of these services. In case of change of schedules, conditions or reservations, Panama Crown Tours is not responsible for being an intermediary, depending entirely on the final Provider. In case of changes due to weather availability or change, Panama Crown Tours will be exempt from any additional charge, charge or responsibility, and the final supplier will be in charge of providing the service and the compensations established.
  • Immigration requirements, as well as vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the passenger and should refer to the representatives of each country.

PAYMENTS

  • Our company offers the option to pay by Credit Card: The prices shown on the website are expressed in US dollars or local currency. Payment by credit card in USD or local currency may be subject to a card usage fee. Only Visa and Mastercard.
  • - Our company will not provide your credit or debit card information to others through email or any other type of notification. It will be the responsibility of the client if it provides third parties with this information. If you receive an email requesting your information, please notify the Bank to the local fraud section.
  • - Request our document with account numbers in the following countries: Panama (payments in USD), Spain (only payment in Euros), Brazil (only payment in Brazilian Reales), and United States (Only payments in USD).
  • - The payment of groups in different points to our Brazilian accounts is not authorized.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
CHECK IN STANDARD: 3:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT STANDARD: 12:00 or 13:00 hours

 

BILINGUAL GUIDES
Available in English, French, Italian, Portuguese, German and Spanish. Subject to additional cost.

 

EXCURSIONS INCLUDE
Entrances to interesting places, bilingual guides (optional), prices per person except when expressly indicated.

 

RATES AND VALIDITY
Rates are quoted in US dollars or local currency, are NET and are subject to change without notice. Transfers and excursions are valid as indicated by the tariff. For the validity of hotel rates, please go to the hotel pages.

 

RATES INCLUDE
Breakfast mostly and not including food will be specified.

 

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE
Airport taxes (the price of departure fees may vary without prior notice by the authorities) per person when leaving the country, boarding and disembarking at cruise ports, beverages or personal expenses.

 

RATES
The prices indicated in this Tariff are in American Dollars or local currency and include Taxes (ISS and hotelier).
Rates subject to change without notice.

 

CHILDREN'S POLICY
Children under 4 years of age are considered to be sharing a room with two (2) adults. Check specific conditions of each hotel.

 

PAYMENTS CONDITIONS
All reservations must be paid in full, with: Cash, Bank Transfer (plus transfer fees) or with a MasterCard or Visa Credit Card (an additional 6% charge applies to the total invoice).
For Groups, the payment specifications are explained at the time of Quotation.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Half or full day excursions are fully refundable if canceled 24 hours prior to departure time. Tours of two or more days are fully refundable if canceled with a minimum of 72 hours, except during peak season.

 

NUMERICAL REFERENCES
Transfers, excursions and packages are marked with a reference code. Please refer to this to avoid misunderstandings.

 

LIABILITY CLAUSE
We act only as transport agents and hotels; therefore, even when we exercise the greatest care, we are not responsible for delays, losses, accidents or other incidents en route, for which third parties are responsible.
